Cooking Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 baking pan to prevent sticking.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, milk, and melted butter. Stir the mixture until well combined and smooth.
Spread the cake mixture evenly into the greased baking pan. Layer the sliced bananas on top of the cake mixture.
In a separate bowl, whisk together ½ cup of the brown sugar, a splash of water, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Drizzle this mixture over the banana slices.
In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder, and the remaining brown sugar. Sprinkle this mixture over the bananas evenly.
Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the cobbler is golden brown and bubbly.
Once baked, allow the cobbler to cool for 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy it warm with vanilla ice cream or additional banana slices.
